I was pleasantly suprised to see that it worked as I hoped it would. I have been using this for about 7 months and I noticed that they improved the formula so it can now be taken every day. My husband loves to research natural herbs as his hobby and he gave this the seal of approval. It has helped me lose weight because food moves through my system much more consistantly. I have just felt less lethargic when I dont skip a day or two and feel better overall. I like the idea that the price is very reasonable so I can take it all the time and not feel guilty about the expense.
