About Fresh Start Withdrawal Management
Fresh Start Withdrawal Management, part of Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. (ARC), provides medical detox and stabilization services to those beginning their recovery journey in Medford, Oregon. Services include assessments, counseling, case management, and referrals to additional care after detox is completed.
Medical detox services include 24/7 monitoring by medical professionals who can offer medication such as buprenorphine or naltrexone (Vivitrol) and other treatment for withdrawal symptoms. Detox at Fresh Start also includes individual and group counseling to overcome the mental and emotional challenges of detox as well as prepare clients for the next step in treatment.
After detox, clients can be referred to inpatient alcohol and drug rehab, outpatient treatment, sober living homes, or other treatment options. These may be provided by ARC or another organization, depending on each client’s needs.

Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility.
