ARK Behavioral Health is an alcohol and drug rehab in Quincy, Massachusetts. The Quincy facility offers ambulatory medical detox, dual diagnosis care, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), partial hospitalization (PHP) outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized programs are available for justice-involved persons and pregnant and postpartum women.
At ARK Behavioral Health’s Quincy facility, clients have a structured environment to manage their withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Clinicians may administer FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, acamprosate, disulfiram, and lofexidine, to prevent relapse. The day treatment includes career coaching, individual and group therapy, and peer support programs to promote healthy living routines. Programs generally last from 30 to 90 days.
After detox, clients may transition into another outpatient program or be referred to an outside treatment center or specialized substance abuse service, such as a 12-step program.
ARK Behavioral Health offers self-pay and financing options. The center is in network with providers such as Aetna, Ambetter, Amerigroup, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, ComPsych, EmblemHealth, Health Alliance, Humana Kaiser Permanente, Molina Healthcare, QualChoice, and Wellpoint. Levels of Care

Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.

Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.

Aftercare
Aftercare programs provide ongoing support after you complete a rehab program. They may include several components to help you maintain sobriety including therapy, community support groups and relapse prevention strategies.
