About Aspire Hospital
Aspire Hospital is a behavioral health hospital in Conroe, Texas. As a physician-owned hospital, they have inpatient treatment and outpatient treatment alike but one of their inpatient units is their detox center for adults ages 18 and older.
During your inpatient detox here you’ll have personalized care and knowledgeable medical professionals who can help you through this critical part of your recovery. They have multiple levels of detox care, including standard detox and specialized medical detox, where you get more intensive care if your detox has a high risk because of medical conditions or other factors.
What I think is most important here is the number of different ways they have to approach detox and addiction treatment. For example, they have services for clients who have co-occurring mental health conditions. They have specialized tracks for young adults and older adults as well as veterans.
The detox center here isn’t just a place for you to stay away from drugs and alcohol. During your detox they’ll also further your recovery by helping you address the thought patterns and routines that contributed to your addiction, even if these patterns are based in recreation and leisure activities. They’ll then help you create healthier patterns that support your long term recovery.
While the client reviews vary there’s a lot of negative feedback about this treatment center. Many clients say that they didn’t think the providers took their concerns into consideration. At the same time, many of the complaints are about clients feeling as if their behavior was managed too closely and for some clients this could be the best way to help you through your detox. It’s also worth noting that a lot of the negative reviews were about the psychiatric inpatient unit rather than the detox unit.
Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
PHP
Partial hospitalization programs provide comprehensive treatment in a structured setting during the day but allow you to return home at night. These programs offer a balance of inpatient and outpatient rehab and provide intensive support without full time residency.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
-
Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.
-
Sober Living
Sober living homes provide a supportive and substance free environment for you to live in as you overcome your addiction. Residents must follow house rules and support each other's recovery journeys. Sober living fosters accountability and stability during this critical phase of recovery.
