About Crossroads at Grandview- Axis Health System
Regional Crisis Center, previously known as Crossroads at Grandview, is part of the Axis Health System in Durango, Colorado. The center provides medical detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient (IOP) and generalized outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for justice-involved persons. Services are available in English and Spanish.
At the Regional Crisis Center, the detox unit assigns clients to a case management team for 24/7 supervision. Withdrawal symptoms are monitored, and clients may receive drug testing and medication-assisted treatment to reduce cravings. Clients stay at the detox unit for 24-72 hours.
After detox, clients may enroll in intensive outpatient or general outpatient programs. Follow-up visits can include individual and group therapy, education workshops, relapse prevention training, and life skills development to promote healthy living routines. The outpatient program can last up to 12 weeks. Additional referrals may be provided to outside treatment centers.
Axis Health offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP, and may be in network with insurance providers such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, United Healthcare, and Wellpoint. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
