This is a co-ed inpatient facility with 64 beds. It’s located on the banks of the Straight River and sits on 82 acres. During stay, you’ll be able to keep active with the amenities that they provide. They have an onsite fitness center that has free weights and exercise machines. You’ll have access to the basketball court and the volleyball court. You will also have access to their walking trails. The activities that stood out to me are their golf practice tee and they have a labyrinth walking trail.
You will undergo a thorough assessment that will be conducted by one of their licensed professionals. You’ll go over your substance use history, as well as your medical and mental health needs. Based on assessment, your treatment plan will be developed based on your own unique needs.
They will be able to help manage your withdrawal and ease your cravings with medication assisted treatment (MAT). If you are medically compromised, then they will help arrange the appropriate care you need. The medications that may be prescribed to help you have been approved by the FDA. With your withdrawal symptoms at bay, you’ll be able to focus on your recovery.
