Bridgeway Counseling Services, part of the Preferred Family Healthcare network, offers alcohol and drug rehab services in St. Louis, Missouri. The center provides ambulatory medical and social detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for justice-involved persons.
Bridgeway Counseling Services gives clients structured surroundings to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, and disulfiram, along with group and individual counseling to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Childcare may be available as needed.
After detox, clients may transition into an outpatient program to continue their recovery. Peer support groups and psychiatric services are available, and clients under court-ordered programs may undergo drug screenings and additional services. Preferred Family Healthcare may make referrals to outside treatment centers.
