A Focus on Relevant Life Skills
Clinical therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy and individual and group counseling drive the individualized addiction treatment plans you’ll have access to here. However, there’s a strong focus on building relevant life skills through holistic approaches to care. You’ll be encouraged to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and this is done through educational support and individual therapy. You’ll focus on managing stress, focusing on recovery goals and building general healthy habits and life skills.
Medication Assisted Treatment
Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available here to treat the physical aspects of addiction and allow you to focus on addiction counseling. After an assessment, you’ll be paired with an appropriate medication regimen.
FDA approved medications including Suboxone and Vivitrol are available here. As with your addiction recovery plan, your MAT treatment plan will be individualized to your needs. As you progress through your recovery, this treatment plan can change and be adapted to your situation.
Continuing Care
Bradford Health Services is known for having a strong alumni network. Through their alumni program and community support groups, you can stay active in your addiction recovery journey even if you’ve completed the outpatient programming here.
A big part of their continuing care and alumni program is family support services. Your loved ones will be encouraged to take part in your recovery journey, whether it’s through group counseling sessions or different support groups that take place at the Huntsville regional office.
