About Bradford Health Services
Bradford Health Services provides treatment for substance use and mental health disorders among adults. You’ll find ’em located in a secluded corner of Cookeville, Tennessee. Pigeon Roost creek isn’t too far away. They offer outpatient programs for those who have completed residential treatment or are starting their recovery journey and need continued support.
Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available using FDA-approved Suboxone, Subutex, buprenorphine, or naltrexone. This can help lessen withdrawal symptoms and potentially prevent relapse. When you sign up, you can now access the MAT program through an in-person or telehealth appointment.
Their outpatient programs allow you to stay in your home while receiving family support. You can continue working or attending school and have regular engagements while getting treatment. Bradford offers morning and evening programs, so you have the flexibility needed to maintain a busy schedule.
They have alcohol and drug education classes that address the risk factors of substance use, the effects of addiction on your relationships, and problems related to drug abuse.
Family support is a vital part of recovery, and Bradford includes support services to address healing as a family unit and on the individual level. It can help loved ones understand how addiction changes thinking patterns and how to show support throughout recovery.
Aftercare is available through their Continued Care program. This service assists with long term stability and sobriety by keeping clients connected with treatment. It may involve attending support groups, access to ongoing care for up to two years, and connecting with their Alumni to have a supportive network of people who understand your experiences with substance use.
Bradford works with most health insurance providers and will explain what your options are upfront before you begin treatment. They also provide loans and accept private pay.

Levels of Care

-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
Detox Service Setting
-
Outpatient Detox
Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
-
MAT
Medication assisted treatment combines medication and counseling to manage withdrawal and reduce cravings for opioid and alcohol addiction. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone. MAT is tailored to your needs so you can actively participate in your treatment journey.
