These include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), 12 Step principles, motivational interviewing (MI), and acceptance and integration therapy.

I really like their program for active duty personnel and veterans. The Hero’s Path allows veterans to address PTSD, coordinate their care with the VA, and heal physically and spiritually. Plus, the surrounding semi-rural environment, courtyard, and gardens can provide a calming and serene effect. And don’t forget the nutritional and bountiful meals served throughout the day.
