Their medical detox program helps clients safely detox from opioids, alcohol and other drugs in a comfortable, controlled environment. If necessary, providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications to improve client comfort throughout the detoxification process. These medications help alleviate the physical effects of withdrawal, reduce cravings and mitigate the risk of relapse.

Clients participating in the inpatient program live at the facility for the duration of their treatment. The facility features modern furnishings, communal meeting areas and access to an array of adjunctive services. Treatment includes individual and group therapy, career counseling, case management and addiction education. A multi-disciplinary team of providers can also deliver additional medical and psychiatric services as required.

Their aftercare services prepare clients for a life of recovery, with available resources that include vocational training, goal-planning support and access to sober living homes. Clients can also participate in social networking opportunities throughout the community.

Freedom House may work with most major insurance providers including United Healthcare, BlueCross/BlueShield, Humana, Cigna, Aetna, Anthem and others. Contact your individual provider to verify coverage because out of network benefits can vary.
