Community Bridges Inc. – Yuma Lighthouse Residential & Outpatient, located in Yuma, Arizona provides behavioral health and drug outpatient treatment services for adults.
Their residential treatment program is a patient centered medical home. Patients will have access to multiple levels of care from a team of clinicians. Individuals have access to psychiatric treatment, counseling, lab services and substance use treatment all from one home base.
This Yuma facility also offers an outpatient detox program. This flexible approach to substance use disorder allows patients to return home each evening after treatment. Outpatient detox may include daily therapy and education on topics such as relapse prevention and coping mechanisms.
