About Crossroads Phoenix
Located in Phoenix, Arizona, is the Crossroads Substance Abuse Recovery and Relapse Prevention facility. This center offers residential care to men and women who are ready to start working through their drug, alcohol or substance abuse disorder.
Accessible Care
Crossroads makes it easy to start receiving the services you need to lead a sober life. When you get in touch, you can start the admissions process which includes an assessment that happens over the phone. You’ll also get connected to detox resources so that your body is stabilized, allowing you to begin receiving the care you need. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day by a medical and treatment team that will oversee your recovery process.
Wraparound Residential Care
Their residential treatment track consists of a 45-day intensive residential treatment program that incorporates evidence based and holistic therapies. Six days out of the week you’ll be involved in one of their psychoeducational group sessions.
These sessions tackle a variety of hot-button topics including relapse prevention, substance abuse recovery education, life skills training, anger management, conflict resolution and coping strategies. Through these sessions you’ll learn tangible skills that will help you stay the course of recovery even after you exit the residential treatment program.
12 Step Programming
They apply the 12 Steps here including SMART recovery groups. These sessions allow you to build a network of support with other peers who are working through recovery. At any given time of the week, you’ll find a self help group session taking place where you can continue building peer relationships and working on yourself.
Coordinated Care
Your treatment plan will be integrated with other treatment approaches including any primary care needs you have. There’s also a strong focus on including your loved ones in your treatment plan so that your family can learn how best to support you during recovery.
Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
Detox Service Setting
-
Inpatient Detox
Inpatient detox occurs in a dedicated treatment facility. You’ll live there around the clock and receive intensive medical support and supervision to help manage your withdrawal symptoms. It is suitable for individuals with moderate to severe addictions as it ensures a stable detox environment.
-
Outpatient Detox
Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
Programs
