Crossroads offers MAT services for people struggling with opioid use. The medications include methadone, Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade all of which are FDA-approved. In conjunction with medication, clients gain a foundation of skills, support, and resources to support lifelong sobriety including learning healthy coping skills.
This facility provides offender services. This includes those charged with DUI. This program helps them stay out of the criminal justice system and successfully transition back into their communities.

Inpatient
