They can also give you medications to ease the effects of the withdrawal.

In the course of your inpatient detox you’ll also have addiction treatments to help you begin your recovery journey. You’ll have group therapy and individual therapy. During this time they can also help you stabilize any mental health conditions you might have on top of your addiction.

Your therapy sessions will be an important part of your early recovery during your detox. The experienced professionals will help you address underlying issues that may contribute to your addiction like past trauma and unmanaged mental health conditions.
