You will also attend group counseling and life skills training.
Once you have completed your medical detox program, they will offer you the opportunity to continue treatment with aftercare planning and strategies for relapse prevention. I like that this service is provided as it will help keep you on track for long term recovery.
What stood out to me is that they offer a specialized program for first responders that are battling addiction. This program will focus on specific issues and situations that first responders deal with.
If you need some downtime or like outdoor excursions, Iron Rock Brook Conservation Area is just outside town. You can exercise and unwind between sessions. There are other greenspaces nearby.
