About Fellowship Hall Inc
Since 1971, Fellowship Hall has been a drug and alcohol addiction recovery facility for adults in Greensboro, North Carolina. You’ll find them east of Lake Townsend in a peaceful location removed from the bustle of the historic city center. You’ll be able to detox and stay on for continued treatment. If living away from home isn’t possible for you, they do have a part time program.
They offer supervised medical detox. As your withdrawal progresses, which usually takes 5-7 days, you’ll be encouraged to take part in as many of the activities as you’re able to. This makes for an easy transition into treatment once your detox is complete.
Being treated in Greensboro puts you in the middle of an educational community. There are close to 50,000 students attending colleges and universities in the area. If you have some unfinished business with school, being treated here may just open the door for you to pursue those dreams.
Your afternoons will be filled with group therapy and activities. You might play games with the others in your group, or get some exercise. Other afternoons will have organized outings. As Greensboro is known as the Tournament Town for its abundance of athletic venues, you may get to watch athletes in action or visit the Bog Garden at Benjamin Park.
They have quite a variety of things to do on the property. Some of these include fishing, throwing horseshoes or playing ping-pong. For those who love sports, they have basketball and volleyball facilities. You can walk on a meditation trail if you’d prefer some quiet reflection.

Inpatient
