About Fountain Centers
Located in Albert Lea, Minnesota, Fountain Centers offers substance use treatments for teens and adults. They offer inpatient and outpatient detox, residential drug rehab, medication-assisted treatment, outpatient programs, educational classes and relapse support.
Inpatient detox allows individuals to reside at the treatment facility while they undergo detox. Clients have access to monitoring and treatment 24 hours a day. This treatment allows individuals to step out of their regular lives and distance themselves from their triggers. Medications may be used to help ease withdrawal symptoms.
Outpatient detox offers more flexibility for individuals who wish to live at home while receiving treatment. Clients will attend the clinic for daily treatment while returning to their usual routines afterwards. This option is ideal for those who have work, school or family obligations.
MAT can be offered either through the residential or outpatient program. Buprenorphine and naltrexone (Vivitrol) may be prescribed to ease cravings and help clients stay on track. In conjunction with medication, the clinic also provides individual counseling and group therapy where emotional and spiritual healing can begin. An on-site addiction psychiatrist can provide mental health support. Family education and recreational therapy may also be modalities that are included in clients’ treatment plans.
Fountain Centers focuses on cognitive behavioral therapies such as motivational interviewing, and the 12 step philosophy. They prioritize teaching relapse prevention skills.
Fountain Centers accepts private pay, Medicaid and State Family Services. Clients may be referred to other community offerings some of which could be covered by health plans such as BlueCross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Ambetter. Please check with your insurance company regarding your coverage details as out of network benefits may vary.
