About Gateway to Success – Pueblo Office
The Pueblo Office of Gateway to Success is a behavioral health facility located in suburban Pueblo, Colorado. The facility is located near Lake Minnequa and residential neighborhoods. Services are provided to both youths and adults in an outpatient setting.
Medicaid and Medicare are accepted, as well as some commercial insurance plans. If you don’t have insurance, you will be able to receive a discounted sliding fee scale. The cost for treatment will be based on your household size and income. I do like that no one will be turned away due to inability to pay.
If needed, medication assisted treatment (MAT) is provided. They provide MAT with the use of the medication Vivitrol. This service is only available to adults who are 18 years of age and older. It is not a stand alone service and must be combined with psychotherapy.
Before you are approved to receive MAT, you’ll have a medical assessment completed. This is to ensure the appropriateness of the medication. It’s given by injection every 28 days to act as a non addictive craving blocker or alcohol and opiate dependence. By reducing your cravings, you will be able to focus on your treatment and recovery.
They also offer DUI level II treatment. Their driving with care program will focus on providing treatment and education for impaired drivers. This is offered to both youths and adults. You meet weekly for two hours. The interlock enhancement counseling is offered to adults only. It works in conjunction with their driving with care program. It combines cognitive behavioral therapy with motivational interviewing therapy.
Evaluations will be conducted to ensure you are receiving the best level of care. If needed, you will also be able to receive psychiatric services and domestic violence treatment.
Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
Detox Service Setting
-
Inpatient Detox
Inpatient detox occurs in a dedicated treatment facility. You’ll live there around the clock and receive intensive medical support and supervision to help manage your withdrawal symptoms. It is suitable for individuals with moderate to severe addictions as it ensures a stable detox environment.
-
Outpatient Detox
Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
