Oregon Washington Health Network, located in La Grande, Oregon, provides behavioral health and addiction recovery services for adolescents and adults. Their aftercare services may include connecting clients with community resources that can promote and encourage long-term sobriety. These can include peer support groups, transitional housing, vocational training and related programs.

Inpatient
