About High Focus Centers
High Focus Centers provides outpatient programs in Freehold, New Jersey, tailored to meet the needs of both adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. What stood out to me is that they are open six days per week. Saturday services are available on an as-needed basis. Teens will be able to obtain transportation within a 15 mile radius of the center.
Support for Adolescents
Adolescents are able to participate in a wide range of specialized programs. They can participate in partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). These programs focus on stabilizing mental health symptoms while allowing students to continue their education.
I like that they offer a summer therapeutic program that runs all day just like their PHP. Youth will have access to creative therapies like art and yoga to promote healing and growth during the summer months. This program is aimed at younger individuals between the ages of 10 and 18.
Support for Adults
Adults are able to receive both mental health and substance use treatment. They can also access a medication assisted treatment (MAT) program at the Cherry Hill location.
Their mental health IOP and substance use IOP offer intensive support while maintaining flexibility for work or other commitments. They also provide treatment for co-occurring disorders. They also offer a virtual IOP for those who prefer remote care.
