High Point Treatment Center’s Women’s Addiction Treatment Center (WATC) is a drug rehab in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The center provides residential medical detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient programs (IP), and aftercare for young adult and adult women. Services are available in English, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
The Women’s Addiction Treatment Center’s detox facility provides a structured environment for clients to manage their withdrawal pain and reduce cravings. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone, are used to help prevent relapse and strengthen sobriety. Clinicians provide 24-hour care and supervision, and clients may enroll in peer support and 12-step programs.
After detox, clients continue to receive therapy and participate in education workshops. WATC may refer clients to other High Point Treatment Center facilities, community agencies, or outside substance abuse programs.
