Medicaid is accepted. 80% of clients who finish their program stay sober.
Detox and the MAT Treatment Module
They provide medical detox on a first come, first serve basis Monday through Friday, though clients in emergency hospital care can transfer 24/7. The average length of detox is five to seven days. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is also available with buprenorphine. MAT specific treatment modules educate on refusal skills, stress management, building positive peer support networks, relapse prevention and family education.
Comprehensive Mental Health Treatment
Long term residential care is offered. There’s also outpatient care providing counseling, education, peer support and an introduction to the 12 Step model. Their Comprehensive Mental Health Program (CMHP) is open to those uninsured and living in the Dallas, Navarro, Kaufman, Hunt, Rockwell or Ellis counties. It involves medication management and therapy with a licensed professional as well as assistance with things like finding housing and employment.
Dallas Deflects
Dallas Deflects is a partnership with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office, the Dallas Police Department, the North Behavioral Health Authority (NBHA) and Parkland Hospital. The aim of the program is to stop the cycle of arrests and hospitalizations for those dealing with mental health and substance use issues. This program keeps low level offenders out of the criminal justice system and gets them the help they need.

Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
-
PHP
Partial hospitalization programs provide comprehensive treatment in a structured setting during the day but allow you to return home at night. These programs offer a balance of inpatient and outpatient rehab and provide intensive support without full time residency.

Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
-

Medication assisted treatment combines medication and counseling to manage withdrawal and reduce cravings for opioid and alcohol addiction. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone. MAT is tailored to your needs so you can actively participate in your treatment journey.
