About HONORehg
Located in Middletown, New York, HONORehg is an alcohol and drug rehab for adolescents and adults. They specialize in inpatient medical detox and aftercare services, including specialized services for children, youth and homeless clients.
The HONORehg inpatient medical detox program allows clients to detox from alcohol, opioids and other substances in a medically supervised environment. If medications are required to alleviate the physical symptoms of withdrawal, providers can administer methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone (Vivitrol). Clients participate in counseling services alongside MAT to learn more about their condition, identify and address triggers and reduce relapse risk.
If clients require emergency or transitional housing, HONORehg also provides age-specific and gender-specific sober residencies for adolescents, singles, couples and families. Services include 24-hour supervision, crisis intervention, case management, transportation, meals and individualized living plans. Women-only transitional housing is also available for stays of up to six months.
To help clients reintegrate into society and maintain recovery, staff provide comprehensive aftercare services including vocational training, financial management, transportation, food pantry access and referrals to community-based programs.
HONORehg may accept most commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross/BlueShield, Americorp and Humana. Verify coverage with your individual provider as out of network benefits may vary.
