About Hope Community Services Wellness and Recovery
Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is the Hope Community Services Wellness and Recovery facility. Their Wellness and Recovery building provides care for children and families, as well as adults with behavioral health issues.
There’s a dedicated substance abuse program for adults and it includes various rehabilitation services including crisis intervention, stabilization, medication assisted treatment (MAT), and outpatient addiction counseling. Other services include evidence-based and holistic modalities and specialized care for military members, veterans, seniors, victims of domestic violence, and homeless individuals.
Medication Assisted Treatment
Come into this facility to receive a hot meal and shower, connections to peer support specialists, and start your path to recovery. Opioid treatment services are available alongside counseling and MAT. You’ll undergo a detox screening to determine what services you need and whether MAT is right for you.
You may be eligible to apply for their housing assistance grants. Unhoused individuals may be able to transition into stable housing through their PATH program.
Wrap Around Programs
Known for its cowboy culture, vibrant music and art scene, and popular attractions like the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum, Oklahoma City draws in a diverse population. You’ll find that diversity reflected in the clients at the Wellness and Recovery Center.
It’s part of the reason why there’s a strong focus on providing personalized, wrap-around care that meets you where you’re at. For example, incarcerated individuals reintegrating back into society are offered continual addiction treatment so they stay sober.
For people experiencing crises and cannot come into the clinic, there’s a mobile crisis team that can deploy and meet you. You’ll receive crisis interventions and get connected to further care.
Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
Detox Service Setting
-
Inpatient Detox
Inpatient detox occurs in a dedicated treatment facility. You’ll live there around the clock and receive intensive medical support and supervision to help manage your withdrawal symptoms. It is suitable for individuals with moderate to severe addictions as it ensures a stable detox environment.
-
Outpatient Detox
Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
