About Howard Center Chittenden Clinic
Howard Center – Chittenden Clinic, located in South Burlington, Vermont, is an outpoint rehab for adults recovering from opioid dependency. They offer medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, case management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using methadone, buprenorphine, and/or naltrexone.
