About Hoy Recovery Program

Located in the heart of Northern New Mexico, Hoy Recovery Program is a detox and residential drug rehab facility in a peaceful setting in Velarde. They offer medical detox, residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient care and support for adults. They have gendered programs that address the different needs of men and women.

Detox at Hoy Recovery Program begins with a same-day clinical evaluation. Clients will first be approved for a sub-acute withdrawal management program. Certified staff will administer withdrawal management medications to ease withdrawal symptoms such as methadone or Suboxone. Clients will focus on recovery and may participate in individual, family, or group therapy as well as agricultural therapy, fitness, skills training, art and yoga and 12-step groups.

Following detox, clients can choose to step down into the 30-90 day residential treatment program at Hoy Recovery Program.
