Trillium Place Crisis Center, formerly the Human Service Center, offers drug rehab services in Peoria, Illinois. The center provides residential medical detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient (IP), partial hospitalization (PHP), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for adolescents, justice-involved persons, and pregnant and postpartum women.
At Trillium Place Crisis Center, clients have a structured environment to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings while receiving 24/7 supervision. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, acamprosate, bupropion, and varenicline, are used to prevent relapse and reinforce recovery. Clients also receive individual and group counseling and holistic therapy, such as yoga and meditation, to build resilience.
After detox, clients transition into extended inpatient and outpatient programs. Family and community resources are available, and Trillium may make referrals to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
