About Isaiah House Treatment Center Patricias Place
Isaiah House in Willisburg, south-central Kentucky is a residential drug rehab facility for men. It combines work, faith and clinical treatment to help men recover from chemical dependency.
This campus sits on 11 acres and houses a 36,000 square-foot facility. Up to 92 men can be accommodated in the main campus building.
On the grounds is also Patricia’s Place. This property used to be home to a women’s facility but has now been turned into a 16-bed facility for men. Patricia’s Place is in a lovely two-story home that gives men a comfortable place to begin their recovery.
Residential Treatment in Willisburg
Isiah House uses a four-stage recovery program to help adults move from early recovery to long-term maintenance.
During the first, foundation phase, residents get access to medical detox services, weekly individual therapy sessions and other structured recovery activities.
In the second and third stages of the program, residents step down to the intensive outpatient treatment. I like that during these phases, men get job skills training from community partners and can take part in an eight-week leadership training program.
Clients will seek a job placement and move to transitional living in phase three.
The fourth and final phase is called transformation. Clients can stay in transitional living or return home. They’ll get monthly clinical services and ongoing support.
Men at Patricia’s Place participate in a short-term program that is foundational for long-term recovery. Clients have the option to move to the main campus after their stay for ongoing treatment, job skills training and more.
Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
-
Aftercare
Aftercare programs provide ongoing support after you complete a rehab program. They may include several components to help you maintain sobriety including therapy, community support groups and relapse prevention strategies. This gives you a network of resources as you reintegrate into your daily life.
-
Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.
