The team here will recommend one or a few options as part of clients’ treatment plans, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and others. 12-step or similar support program options such as Narcotics Anonymous and others are also available to provide peer support and a sense of community throughout clients’ recovery journey.
Short and long-term medication-assisted treatment is also available as a relapse prevention method, and to help clients’ manage withdrawal symptoms. Clients may be prescribed buprenorphine (Subutex) to treat opiate cravings and shorten the length of their detox. For long-term medication assisted treatment (MAT), clients may be prescribed buprenorphine instead of methadone.

Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.

Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
