Their 6-9 month program focuses on providing holistic opioid use disorder treatment in a home-like atmosphere. They also offer detox in both residential and outpatient formats.
Detox is an important first step in anyone’s substance use journey. Su Casa allows individuals to undergo this scary process with the compassionate and knowledgeable support of their specialized team. Clients can choose to live on site during detox or can opt for an outpatient method. Both options have pros and cons and Su Casa staff can discuss the options to ensure each client’s needs are met.
The residential MAT program provides 6-9 months of consistent structure that allows clients to build the skills they need to live independently and reintegrate into society. Su Casa provides drugs such as methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. These medications help individuals focus their attention on behavioral therapy.
Su Casa residents have access to a whole team of physicians, nurse practitioners, licensed social workers, therapists, counselors and housing support and vocational experts. Residents will have daily morning meetings, residence responsibilities, interactions with their peers and individual therapy sessions to help them begin to practice routines and social interactions without substances.

Inpatient
