Luke AFB Clinic ADAPT Program is an alcohol and drug rehab program that supports individuals who are a part of the National Guard or Reserve, or who are active military personnel. Their services are provided on an outpatient basis. Educational outreach, preventative counseling, and evidence based treatment are offered. If a client needs inpatient treatment, a referral will be placed on his or her behalf.
