The program will provide you with a combination of exercise and sweating in a sauna to remove the remaining toxins out of your body. Your nutrition and hydration will be monitored.
By exercising and sweating the toxic residues are broken up and flushed out of your system. Their procedures will be specifically tailored to help you become present and not remain focused on the past. I do like that you will also receive life skills training and counseling. This’ll help you develop the tools necessary for a lifestyle that is drug free.
