Outpatient SOARFIT Addiction Treatment
This center takes an integrated, holistic approach to addiction treatment guided by the SOARFIT model. SOARFIT’s guiding principles are centered around challenging individuals’ bodies, minds and spirits within a rewarding and positive space. Maintaining wellness in all areas including physical, mental and emotional helps individuals relieve stress, boost the immune system and manage their cravings to prevent relapse.
Individuals often begin with the center’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) before stepping down a level to exclusively engage in individual, group and family therapy sessions. For continued support individuals are also encouraged to partake in the center’s relapse prevention program.
Before beginning treatment clients complete initial assessments and work with addiction specialists to build a personalized treatment plan. This plan may include weekly individual and group therapy sessions, including PEMF therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and functional integrated therapy. Spiritual guidance may also be included, along with support for clients’ families throughout the recovery process.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) in Paramus
For clients in need of extra medical support, MAT is also available and can be integrated into the SOARFIT program. Clients meet for a clinical consultation with a specialist board-certified physician who will advise the best course of action, including which medicines they recommend. Options available here include Suboxone and Vivitrol (naltrexone).
