About Pacific Ridge Treatment Center
Pacific Ridge Treatment Center is nestled in the center of Willamette Valley in Jefferson, Oregon. As a private drug treatment center, they offer medically supervised detoxification services and residential addiction treatment.
Their philosophy is built on the belief that addiction is a disease you can completely heal from. They also welcome and encourage family support and have several opportunities throughout the week for your loved ones to get involved with your recovery. They do not charge extra for family therapy sessions or education sessions because they firmly believe that family involvement strengthens treatment results.
Start Your Recovery in a Serene Setting
Each of their buildings sports large windows so you can admire 18 sprawling acres of trees and rolling rolls. During your stay, you’ll have ample opportunity to explore the grounds by walking through their peaceful nature trail. The facilities are complete with a gym, disc golf course, volleyball course and several gathering spaces where you can hang out with other residents.
Exercise as a Foundation of Healing
Previous residents rave about the kindness of the staff, coziness of the rooms and the incorporation of exercise as part of the weekly schedule. The prioritization of daily movement is a unique part of Pacific Ridge’s programming, and it places a strong emphasis on whole-body health for long-term recovery.
Every day includes several sports and motivation sessions designed to get your body moving and your headspace positive. There’s also an afternoon exercise session every day, as well as group meetings focused on goal setting, therapy topics or check-ins.
