If you’re in the MAT program and are ready for lower intensity treatment, for example, you can transition to telehealth appointments to meet with your therapist for individual or group counseling sessions.
Weekly Support Meetings for Behavioral Addictions
Many people who experience chemical addictions can struggle with behavioral addictions too. Pine Rest has set up an Addictive Behaviors Group that meets online every week to help you get a handle on gambling, shopping, gaming or any other obsessive behaviors causing harm.
Their other online support groups meet at a similar frequency. They include a group for alumni, family members of those living with addiction, and adolescents.

Outpatient
