With treatment conducted digitally through a HIPPA compliant app, it gives clients the convenience of doing recovery on their schedule. Their services include medication for alcoholism and recovery coaching.
Simple Steps to Start Treatment
Clients will begin their treatment by scheduling a call with one of the enrollment specialists to set up a Ria Health account. Once you’ve completed this step then you’ll download the Ria Health app and you can schedule an appointment.
You’ll have a video chat with your medical team to discuss your treatment goals, and they’ll put together a treatment plan that’s tailored to your needs. The team will consistently check in with you to make sure the plan is working for you and make adjustments as needed.
With the flexibility of your treatment being done digitally, you’ll have more time to enjoy sober activities throughout San Francisco. You can enjoy a fun ride on the city’s cable cars or spend time appreciating greenery at the Japanese Tea Garden.
Medication Combined With Recovery Coaching
Some clients may need the assistance of medication to help with reducing their cravings. Ria Health offers FDA approved medications such as acamprosate and naltrexone that can help you drink less alcohol or quit entirely.
As you make progress with abstaining from drinking, your recovery coach will provide support and advice in achieving sobriety. They’ll help you access the right resources, navigate the medical system and hold you accountable to your treatment goals
Monitoring Progress Through The App
The facility app allows you to keep track of your progress through daily breathalyzer readings. You’ll be shipped a pocket sized bluetooth breathalyzer that syncs with the app.
You can read the results one time in the morning and once at night. These readings will give your treatment team data to measure your progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
