About Rio Arriba County Substance, Treatment, Outreach and Prevention Program

Located in Espanola, New Mexico, Rio Arriba County provides drug and alcohol treatment, outreach, and prevention programs to residents of the Rio Arriba area. It is a multi-agency program funded by SAMHSA, national and local grants, and designed to reduce drug and alcohol related fatalities in the community. Services include counseling, mental health assessments, medication assisted treatment (MAT), school based prevention, DWI education, and referrals. The programs are available free of charge.
