About Royal Life Centers at Arizona Detox
Drug and alcohol medical detox is offered at the Royal Life Centers at Arizona Detox in Prescott, Arizona. The organization is an American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) level 3.7 CARF -accredited. They are also accredited by The Joint Commission and LegitScript certified.
You will begin the detox program with a clinical assessment. It is important that you are as honest as possible when letting the staff know about what substances you have consumed, what substances you are currently using and your medical history. This ensures that you are provided with the proper medical regime and appropriate medications to relieve withdrawal symptoms.
After your assessment is complete, you will be assigned a primary therapist. Your primary therapist is going to help in creating your personalized treatment plan. The therapist will make sure that your plan is set up to meet your individualized needs.
The nurses and support staff will be available round the clock. What I like about being medically monitored 24/7 is that the staff makes sure you are as comfortable as possible and safe incase of any possible withdrawal complications.
I do like that you will meet regularly with your therapist for one on one therapy. You will also be participating in group therapy. In group therapy you will go over topics such as self care, self exploration, emotional health and relapse prevention. You will also have the opportunity to connect with your peers during group sessions.
With medical detox, you are able to get away and focus on your recovery and detox without any distractions. You are also given medications, if needed, to help ease your withdrawal symptoms and reduce your cravings. Most major insurance plans are accepted including TriWest.
