The program is very well structured with a daily schedule for you to follow. However, you’ll still have plenty of opportunities to engage in recreational activities and mindfulness to help you work through your recovery.
The holistic therapies you’ll have access to include meditation, yoga, art therapy and other holistic approaches. There are also different outdoor spaces for you to enjoy Tucson’s warm climate as well as resort-style spaces within the facility where you can let down your guard as you work through treatment.
Aftercare Planning
Once you complete your treatment program, you’ll still be supported through their aftercare planning program. The aftercare program is comprehensive, covering all the bases of what your recovery goals look like after treatment.
