About Saint Elizabeth Medical Center Intensive Outpatient Program
The Saint Elizabeth Medical Center provides inpatient medical detox and alcohol and drug rehab services for adults. Services include medication-assisted treatment, therapy, case management, and vocational support. There’s a specialty program for pregnant women as well.
Clients in medical detox are monitored around the clock by professionals who can provide treatment for physical withdrawal, including medications such as Suboxone, Sublocade, and/or Vivitrol. Detox also includes counseling and treatment planning so clients are ready to embrace the next steps in recovery.
After detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) allows clients to continue FDA-approved medications over a longer timeframe to manage cravings and help prevent relapse. Along with evidence-based treatment, MAT gives clients time to create a substance-free lifestyle and taper off the medication support.
Clients may be referred to residential or outpatient treatment, depending on their unique needs. Residential care allows clients to focus fully on their recovery, and outpatient care is helpful for those who need to work or attend school during treatment.
The Saint Elizabeth Medical Center accepts multiple insurance plans, including AmBetter, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Imagine Health, Aetna, Humana, Essence, Medicaid, and more. Because insurance plans vary, be sure to verify coverage information and out-of-network details with the insurer.
