The Sierra Tribal Consortium, Inc. Turtle Lodge Recovery Home provides alcohol and drug rehab services for Native American Indian and Alaskan Native adults in Fresno, California. They may offer MAT services to help clients safely detox from opioids, alcohol, and other substances. This includes the administration of FDA-approved addiction medications to help ease the physical pain of withdrawal, reduce drug cravings, and minimize the risk of relapse.
In conjunction with detox services, they provide residential- and outpatient-level care based on each client’s needs. All programs are culturally appropriate. Residential treatment occurs over two phases, including a co-ed Phase I that incorporates evidence-based therapies and Native American traditions. Phase II is gender-specific and provides a substance-free home for clients to live in while pursuing employment or education. Therapeutic services, available in-person for residential clients and online for outpatient clients, include educational courses on anger management, parenting, and relationship building. Aftercare services are tailored to each client and include support meetings and counseling sessions.

In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.

Partial hospitalization programs provide comprehensive treatment in a structured setting during the day but allow you to return home at night. These programs offer a balance of inpatient and outpatient rehab and provide intensive support without full time residency.

Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
