About Southwest Behavioral and Health Services Bullhead City Opiate Treatment Program
The Bullhead City Outpatient Clinic, operated by Southwest Behavioral and Health Services in Arizona, offers an opioid treatment program using medication assisted treatment (MAT). They can also treat co-occurring mental health disorders and the clinic provides a variety of support services as well.
The Bullhead City clinic uses methadone and Suboxone, and fact sheets are available in both Spanish and English. They accept multiple insurance plans and grants are available for those who qualify.
Strong Support Alongside MAT Treatment
The thing that’s most unique about this program is how much additional support they have beyond medication and counseling. Many of these additional services are available via telehealth as well as in person.
The Bullhead clinic has peer support from those who have been through what you’re going through and can help as you progress. They provide job assistance services, case management, and life skills classes. The clinic also has court ordered classes for domestic violence to make it easier to take care of legal requirements during treatment.
If you’re traveling, the Bullhead clinic can offer a guest dose as well. That way you can stay on track with your MAT program even if Bullhead isn’t home.
