At the Third Horizon Clinic, clients receive a structured environment to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, which may include methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, and disulfiram, to prevent relapse. Clients also participate in psychotherapy and career coaching to build towards a long-term recovery.

After detox, clients transition into a continuous outpatient program to strengthen their sobriety. Services can include primary care, drug testing, family resources, and social services. The Third Horizon Clinic may make referrals to outside treatment centers and substance abuse programs.

START Treatment and Recovery Centers is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Association (SAMHSA).
