About Sunrise Detox Stirling
Our Staff at Sunrise Detox has had years of experience assisting detoxifying individuals from drugs and alcohol, Sunrise Detox knows that one of the biggest obstacles to recovery is fear of the withdrawal process.
Many drug and alcohol addicts will continue their addictive behavior long after they want to quit, simply to avoid the detox process and painful symptoms that accompany the withdrawal. Some even try to detox from their addictions at home, suffering through days of discomfort and violent withdrawal only to go back to abusing drugs and alcohol to relieve the pain.
We believe in creating a different experience here at Sunrise Detox. Our road to recovery is dignified. There are no locked doors and although the process is a medical detox, the accommodations feel more like home than a cold, antiseptic hospital. Clients reside in comfortable modern, elegantly furnished rooms with plenty of space for personal belongings. Individuals are not required to wear uncomfortable hospital gowns and during the detox process and have easy access to in-house laundry facilities. Good nutrition is also an essential part of the detoxification process. Alcoholism and drug addiction can often leave individuals with varying degrees of malnutrition, so we provide a full-service on-site gourmet kitchen that serves a diverse menu of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.
Sunrise Detox offers individual and group counseling to clients while they’re with us and bring in 12 Step meetings to introduce people to the recovering community. Sunrise Detox clients know they’re not alone once they’ve completed treatment. Our discharge planners will help clients decide what they should do next, and with a network of the finest treatment centers, we will be happy to make continuing care arrangements.
