About Terros Health – 27th Avenue Health Center – Primary Care

The outpatient treatment facility also offers other services such as an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and justice services coordination.
Treatment from a Team of Trained Professionals
The staff that will work with you throughout the medication assisted treatment program are counselors, medical providers and peer community health workers. You’ll have an initial appointment to determine the appropriate medication to prescribe for your needs.
The facility also conducts behavioral health assessments and collects laboratory blood work to put together a proper treatment plan. The medications available to you at this facility include Subutex, Vivitrol and Suboxone. In addition to medication, you’ll participate in group counseling and have opportunities to develop life skills that can support your overall recovery.
