About Total Healthcare Saratoga Health Center
Known as the birthplace of “The Star-Spangled Banner,” Baltimore, Maryland, is home to Total Healthcare Saratoga Health Center. This Federally Qualified Health Center provides compassionate outpatient addiction treatment services for adults. You can access naltrexone and buprenorphine maintenance programs to start or continue your recovery journey with medication assisted treatment (MAT).
Coordinated Care
For me, their coordinated care really stood out. They emphasize whole person healing, connecting you to medical services to help you improve your overall wellness. You can access dental and primary care from their onsite specialists.
Peer Clubhouse
I also think their Peer Clubhouse seems fantastic. You can connect with others in recovery to build a solid peer network. They offer fun sober activities like field trips and game days. You’ll benefit from rediscovering sober fun while creating lasting connections and friendships with people on the same path.
Case Management Services
Another great feature I noticed was their case management services. They understand that reaching sobriety is just one part of recovery. You’ll benefit from connections to transportation, housing, job training and education. These resources can help you enhance other life aspects to build a solid foundation for recovery.
Levels of Care
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
-
Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.
-
Sober Living
Sober living homes provide a supportive and substance free environment for you to live in as you overcome your addiction. Residents must follow house rules and support each other's recovery journeys. Sober living fosters accountability and stability during this critical phase of recovery.
Detox Service Setting
-
Outpatient Detox
Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
