Short Term Residential Housing
There are short term residential homes you can live in as you navigate the early stages of recovery. These homes are spread throughout the region and offer a comfortable living environment in a residential community.
While living here, you’ll still be able to engage in everyday activities like work, or school obligations. You’ll also move through a highly structured recovery program which will consist of counseling in therapy along with holistic supports like yoga and meditation too.
These homes are gender separated so that you have a safe and comfortable place to work through treatment. Many people who receive this support will stay anywhere from one to three months in the residential home Before they move into a step-down program.
Recovery Wellness Center
There’s a strong focus on helping you build healthy life habits so that you can sustain your sobriety for the long term. While you’ll work on these habits during counseling and therapy sessions, the Recovery Wellness Center is a great place to build the skills you need for success.
The Recovery Wellness Center is where clients can come together and engage in specialized workshops and classes. Among the services you’ll find here are modern therapies like pulsating electromagnetic field therapy, infrared sauna therapy, and brain tap therapy. There are also medical professionals who will help you work through physiological needs.
Holistic focused programs like cooking classes, yoga, fitness classes in their fully equipped gym, and even gardening are also available here.
Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
-
Aftercare
Aftercare programs provide ongoing support after you complete a rehab program. They may include several components to help you maintain sobriety including therapy, community support groups and relapse prevention strategies. This gives you a network of resources as you reintegrate into your daily life.
