At Valor Behavioral Healthcare, clients have a structured environment to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clinicians administer pharmaceutical treatments and offer 24/7 supervision. Amenities include smoking lounges, community centers, a nursing station, snacks and tailored meals, and primary care as needed. Detox takes place in a desert landscape community.

After detox, clients transition into a long-term recovery program through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) approaches. An aftercare program, community and family resources, and an alumni network are available. Valor Behavioral Therapy may make referrals to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
