About Victory Clinical Services
Victory Clinical Services has five locations in Indiana and Michigan. They’re providers of short and long-term therapies for opioid treatment. They also provide outpatient medical withdrawal from methadone and Suboxone. One of their outpatient locations is in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Medical Outpatient Detox
I like that Victory Clinical Services offers outpatient supervised withdrawal. If you need short-term stabilization of addiction, they can support you through that process. They also offer aftercare planning as part of your counseling sessions.
I like that they offer early morning dosing appointments to support people who work or have responsibilities during the day. Dosing starts as early as 5:30am. They also have Saturday dosing hours for those who can’t make it during the workweek or may have acute symptoms.
Suboxone or Methadone Maintenance Treatment for Long Term Care
For folks who have a long-term addiction or have been unsuccessful in previous detox programs, maintenance programs for methadone or Suboxone can be extremely effective. You’ll have an assessment and medical evaluation. Then you’ll get started with the right maintenance dose of methadone for your needs. Methadone is FDA-approved and is safe to use long-term.
Levels of Care
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
-
Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.
